Your Day-to-Day
- Assist customers through multiple channels (live chat, email, or phone);
- Manage and optimize routes, promoting higher customer satisfaction;
- Manage operational capacity by adjusting available slots based on provider and vehicle availability;
- Support the creation of documentation to support operations (flowcharts, procedures, etc.);
- Ensure all orders are delivered with quality and within the timeframes agreed with the customer;
- Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders (Regional Coordinators, Store Managers, other internal teams, and external suppliers) to ensure the operation flows smoothly and efficiently;
- Contribute to the development of the service distribution automation platform.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of other languages (spoken and written) – English and Spanish;
- Previous experience in direct customer service/contact and operations management;
- Previous experience in route/fleet management and organization;
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (MS Office);
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to identify operational difficulties and propose improvement solutions;
- Availability to work flexible hours (rotating days off);
- Strong time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills;
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in dynamic environments and quickly adjust resources according to changing operational needs;
- A team player, focused on problem-solving and process optimization;
- Supply chain is part of your vocabulary.
