Your Day-to-Day

  • Support the development of our internal products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and a positive user experience, under the supervision of senior team members
  • Apply product management methodologies and practices, offering insights for product improvement
  • Participate in team activities, providing support when needed to more junior members and learning from the guidance and mentorship of more experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of our product strategy under the direction of senior managers, in line with their knowledge and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to support product development efforts and strategy execution
  • Effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and project progress to team members and stakeholders, under the mentorship of senior colleagues

Requirements

  • Academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
  • 4 years minimum of experience in areas in product management or related
  • You have done it: from ideation to GTM
  • Ability to think strategically and use data in making decisions that contribute to product direction and success
  • You keep yourself informed about industry trends and competitor activities to help identify potential opportunities and challenges
  • A general understanding of technical concepts with the eagerness to learn more and the capacity to work alongside development teams effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and speaking)
  • Experience in web and mobile applications (is a plus, not mandatory)
