We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead (M/F/D) to join our team!

Your Mission 

As an Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team, guiding them through the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with other teams to understand business requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time. Your role will also involve mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement in development practices.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and participate in daily scrums
  • Review code, plan tasks and define some technical architecture
  • Develop our product, with a special focus on the development of backend solutions in a Microservices approach
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement processes
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help team members grow

Requirements

  • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Experience in software development (more than 8 years) 
  • Experience programming with C#, .NET (more than 3 years) 
  • Previous experience in Relational Database – SQL 
  • Excellent communication (PT and EN - both speaking and writing) and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders 
  • Experience in a leadership role, with experience in mentoring 
  • A passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to solve complex technical challenges 
  • Passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.
